Teaming Terms of Service
By using the Teaming website (teamingapp.nl), Teaming mobile application and all other services of Teaming, collectively known as „The Service“, you agree to the legal terms set forth by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
The Service reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice, effective upon posting an updated version of this Terms of Service on teamingapp.nl.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such modifications to the Terms of Service shall constitute your consent to such modifications
Data & Privacy
Pricing and Refunds
We aim to display clear pricing information for all of our goods and services. You can find the prices and the subscription lengths in the respective app stores and in the app itself. The prices shown are including VAT.
The subscriptions offered as in-app purchases. They can be activated and paid for in the respective app stores. The prices for in-app purchases in the respective app stores are subject to change. The length of the subscription is a year and are auto-renewable. After your free trial, and at confirmation of purchase, payment will be charged to your respective app store account. Subscription automatically renews, unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription period. You can turn off auto-renew and manage your subscriptions using the settings in the respective app store. Your account won’t be deleted if you cancel your subscription. Any unused portion of the free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. All subscription charges are non-refundable.
The Service is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in the App. The Site or App may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. The Service assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user communications. The Service is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Site or Service, including injury or damage to users or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from use of The Service. The Service is offered “as is” and The Service does not guarantee that any specific results will come from using The Service. The Service is not liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect damage or lost profit that can come from your usage of The Service, even when The Service has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
What Information Do We Collect?
The information we gather enables us to improve and continue to operate the Teaming app and services. In connection with certain aspects of the Services, we may request, collect and/or display some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from our users.
When you connect your Strava account to Teaming, you will provide information that could be Personal Information, such as your username, email address and Strava data. You acknowledge that this information may be personal to you, and by connecting your Strava account to the Teaming app and services and providing Personal Information to us, you allow others, including us, to identify you and therefore may not be anonymous. We may use your contact information to send you information about Teaming and our Services, but only rarely when we feel such information is important. You may unsubscribe from these messages, although we, regardless, reserve the right to contact you when we believe it is necessary.
We automatically receive and record (as little as possible) information about your device when you interact with the Teaming app and Services. This information is used for Teaming Services like subscriptions, push notifications and do not disturb. We don't us this information in a manner that would identify you personally.
We manage and store additional chat and events data for a maximum of 90 days after creation after which it will be permanently deleted. We do this to offer additional features in the Teaming app that Third Party Services can not provide.
How, and With Whom, Is My Information Shared?
The Services are designed to help you share information with others. As a result, some of the information generated through the Services is shared publicly or with third parties.

Email Communications with Us:
As part of the Services, you may occasionally receive email and other communications from us, such as communications relating to the Teaming app. Communications relating to Teaming will only be sent for purposes important to the Teaming App and Services, such as feedback, bug reports and support.
Information Shared with Our Agents:
We employ and contract with people and other entities that perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share Personal Information with our Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, our Agents do not have any right to use Personal Information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information with our Agents.
Information Disclosed Pursuant to Business Transfers:
In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the transferred business assets. Moreover, if we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of us or our assets may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this policy.

Unauthorised entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
What Information of Mine Can I Access?
Information managed by Teaming is not accessible. Information and data managed on Third Party Services you can access by logging into the Services in question.
What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Information?
You can use the Teaming app without registering a account at Teaming, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect. You do need to have a connected Strava account to able to use all of the features in Teaming. In the case of Strava you can manage third party app access on your Strava Account.
